  • Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days.
  • Standard Shipping: Delivered within 10-15 business days via DHL or FedEx. Shipping fee: $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered within 15-25 business days via EMS.

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and any potential customs delays.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges process. Here’s how it works:

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

  • In its original condition.
  • Unworn and with all tags attached.
  • Returned within 15 days of receiving your order.

Please note that the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Hiking shoes
  • Water shoes

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions.
  2. Package the Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Include the RAN on the outside of the package.
  3. Ship the Item: Send the package to the following address using a trackable shipping method:

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange Process

If you are requesting an exchange, please specify the desired item and size in your initial email. We will ship the new item once the returned item is received and inspected.
