Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order. Please note that certain items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, including:

- Water shoes
Return & Exchange Process
Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions.
- Package the Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Include the RAN on the outside of the package.
- Ship the Item: Send the package to the following address using a trackable shipping method:

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchange Process
If you are requesting an exchange, please specify the desired item and size in your initial email. We will ship the new item once the returned item is received and inspected.
